Choose a recovery action from what the character already owns
Match a current need to a verified existing-item route while preserving caps, training trade-offs and access limits.
Take a small inventory that is relevant to the current need. An owned bed, fridge, shower or TV is a place to inspect an action, not a guaranteed fixed restoration rate. The reports recorded separate free actions and TV windows; these help you find the menu while preserving the starting state and any energy or time trade-off.
For new and returning players with one need, a small inventory and a manageable session goal. Every avatar is welcome.
| Need or purpose | Owned item to inspect | What to read afterwards | Planning limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hunger | A current fridge food action | Hunger, the selected action and any charge | Do not assume every food has the same effect |
| Hygiene or rest | The available shower or bed action | The targeted need and the action window | No universal recovery amount or duration was established |
| Fun or a skill | An owned TV and its currently offered channel | Both the intended result and Energy afterwards | A free action can still have an energy trade-off |
| Another activity | The actual owned-item menu | Whether the action was available and completed | Ownership alone does not prove a scene can be used |
No. Money, Energy, time and the resulting need are separate parts of the decision.
Start with owned items. A historical observation is a menu-finding example, not a required shopping list.

Match a current need to a verified existing-item route while preserving caps, training trade-offs and access limits.
Connect a character’s next activity to an owned-item check before writing a shopping list.
A useful finish is something you can read: one needs result, one current requirement, one activity outcome or one retained check. Pick that finish before extending the routine. Training belongs in the plan when it addresses a condition you actually read, rather than an assumed ideal character build.
Plan this checkMake the desired appearance, owned items and spending limit explicit. Room preview and placement are separate from a confirmed purchase or successful use. A character brief explains choices; it does not establish a gender-based stat, a rare-item benefit or a new game tier.
Plan this checkThese collections organize existing reports and planning methods. The editorial date describes this page; original dates below describe its sources. A recorded result is limited to its tested window.
